Peaceful Roost is the perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This secluded, two-story, guest house has three
bedrooms and 1250 square feet of living space. Located on half acre, guests can enjoy water views of the cove from the second floor open dining/living area balcony, or the first floor master bedroom, or at the private picnic table out back.
With a private boat slip out your back door, and a public boat ramp and quiet parks just around the corner, Peaceful Roost is the perfect location for family and friends to gather. You can enjoy a nice view and easy access to the lake without being awakened early in the morning by loud speed boats. The lake is a long and pretty lake with many coves to explore. From the lake house you can boat East to the Wirtz Dam, or South to Horseshoe Bay, or go North to Kingsland then go West and explore the Llano River. If you do not have a boat or personal watercraft, you can rent one locally. The quaint town of Marble Falls is five minutes away, with shopping, movies and restaurants, HEB (grocery), and Wal-Mart.
