$240/night (3 night minimum)
First 6 nights: $1240, ($140 each additional night)

 WINTER Season (Oct 24 - Apr 30):
$170 per night (3 night minimum)
First 6 nights $920, ($120 each additional night)
11% tax   NO Cleaning Fee
$195 Cancellation
Deposit $400 ($700 for more than one week)
